O projecto destaca-se por uma residência única, harmonizando Feng Shui e design funcional. Com quatro pátios, a sala central abre-se para uma abundância de luz solar, mas assegurando a privacidade. Os quartos conectam-se exclusivamente aos pátios, proporcionando um ambiente íntimo e aconchegante.
A planta simples foi cuidadosamente concebida para maximizar o conforto diário, permitindo também acomodar grandes eventos sem alterar o espaço. As vigas estruturais definem diferentes espaços sem obstruir a fluidez desejada da sala central. Essa linguagem visual estende-se aos pátios, criando uma moldura única e coesão visual.

The project stands out for a unique residence, harmonizing Feng Shui and functional design. With four courtyards, the central living room opens to an abundance of sunlight while ensuring privacy. The bedrooms exclusively connect to the courtyards, providing an intimate and cozy environment.
The simple floor plan has been thoughtfully designed to maximize daily comfort, allowing for the accommodation of large events without altering the space. Structural beams define different areas without obstructing the desired flow of the central room. This visual language extends to the courtyards, creating a unique frame and visual cohesion.
